Due to the nature of our SaaS platform, all subscription payments are ‘non-refundable’. We encourage users to take full advantage of our free trial period (if applicable) to explore the features and functionalities of Yalla Collab before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
